We are here to help
Your order is collated by our in store teams. They know and understand the garments and can offer advice and assistance regarding the fit of different labels and they know which styles best suit different body shapes.
Feel free (actually we encourage you) to contact us to discuss your proposed purchase at any time. Our aim is to ensure you receive garments that are perfect for you and to avoid costly postage costs for items that aren't right.
Out of Stock
We do our best to keep the size and colour informatin up todate. However occasionally the information may not be accurate if another customer has recently purchased the item, the item is on hold/appro for another customer or there is an error in our stock system.
If this happens, we will contact you to discuss alternative options which could include waiting while we re-order the item, selecting an alternative colour or style or cancelling the item.
Your credit card will not be charged for any item that is not able to be delivered.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Prices & Currency
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars inclusive of 15% GST. The approximate Australian price is shown for each item. This is based on deducting NZ GST & applying an exchange rate commonly charged by credit card companies.
If you have selected an overseas destination at the check out, the NZ GST is deducted giving the NZD amount that will be charged. The conversion to your local currency is done by your credit card company using their daily exchange rate.
Credit card companies may also charge you a currency conversion fee which can be 2.5% of the purchase amount.
Australian Duty & Taxes
If your purchase is more than $1200NZD ($1000AUD), then you will be charged GST & fees by Australian Customs. Please click here and read the section " When Duty and Taxes are Payable". You may wish to make regular smaller purchases (less than $1200NZD / $1000AUD) or have your purchase sent as two packages.
Payment
When we receive your internet order we will check the current availability of the stock before any charge is made to your credit card. If there are any problems filling your order we will contact you.
Once your order is confirmed and ready to send, we will then advise you of the amount (including freight) that will be charged to your credit card.
Payment methods we accept are Visa & Mastercard.
All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars. (NZD). The amount showing on your credit card statement in your local currency will depend upon the exchange rate and currency conversion fees charged by your credit card provider.
Delivery
Shipping to Australia
Zebrano ships to Australia using DHL.
Delivery must be to a physical address as DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
The freight charge will vary depending on your location and the number of items that are sent. As an indication a one or two items delivered to Australia would be $25, 3 items is $30, 4 items is $35 and 5 or more would be $40
It can take us a few days to collate your order as the items may be held in various Zebrano stores. Delivery by DHL is normally 1 to 3 days from date of dispatch.
Rest of World
Zebrano ships internationally to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. For delivery to other countries please contact us. We deliver world wide and we will provide you with a quote for the actual freight cost for your order.
Orders are dispatched with DHL and must be to a physical address, DHL will not deliver to PO Boxes.
The freight charge will vary depending on your location and the number of items that are sent.
Delivery is normally 3 to 7 days from date of dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
Every garment purchased online, comes with a Seven Day Right of Return. So if you change your mind or the fit isn't right, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or provide a full refund (less shipping costs) provided the garments are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact.
Any garment that smells of perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted so please take care when trying on your order. This does not mean that you cannot try on your new purchase, just that we cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear or use.
Return Process
If you intend returning any item please email or phone Zebrano within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are to be sent to the Zebrano store that dispatched your order. The address details will be included with your order. If you do not have this information, please send to: - Zebrano

Items are to be lodged with your selected postal service within 7 days of receiving the order. The service you use must have a target delivery time of 10 days or less. If sending using Australia Post, we suggest using Pack & Track International for packages less than 2kg.
Click here to calculate the postage cost. Click here for Australia Post's Click & Send service. Responsibility for the package remains with you until it is delivered to Zebrano. This means any tracking or insurance claims for lost packages is between you and your postal service/courier.
Customs Declaration You will be required to complete a Customs Declaration as part of the sending process. Please note on the delcaration:
- "Goods being returned to the supplier for a refund".
- If required list the items and their values. ie Womens Skirt $250 NZD
- If asked for a country of origin, or country of manufacture, please state "NZ".
Refunds We will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package. Refunds are made in $NZ to the credit card number that you used to make the original purchase. The amount showing as refunded in your local currency will depend upon the exchange rate and exchange fees charged by your credit card provider at the time of the refund being made.
Faulty Items
We will happily repair, exchange or refund faulty items within a reasonable time in line with the terms of the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
