This style may be returned within 14 days for an exchange, credit or refund, provided the garments are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact.

CHOOSE FROM DHL OR AUS-POST RETURNS

DHL - 3 to 5 days ($25).  It costs a little more but is convenient and faster. 

AUS-Post - 14 to 21 days ($15).  It's lower cost, but it will be longer before we can process your exchange or refund.

For sales under $150 or multiple exchanges from one sale, normal shipping costs apply.

Your order will be sent from one of our New Zealand stores.  If we need to collate your order from multiple Zebrano stores, it may take a couple of days before your order is ready to dispatch.  
If you need your items urgently, please let us know, and we will let you know if we can meet your needs.

We deliver to AUSTRALIA via:

• DHL - 3 to 5 days (A$15) or
• AUS-Post - 7 to 14 days (A$10)
  We offer FREE AUS-Post delivery to Australia on orders over $150. 
  
  Delivery times are from the date of dispatch to metropolitan areas.

For delivery to New Zealand, orders must be placed on our New Zealand website 

 Are you an existing Zebrano customer and require an international delivery?  Please contact us and our team will be able to assist.  Delivery is normally via DHL (A$25)
